Inner peace or a peaceful state; is one of the most powerful things you can have.
Why is this so powerful? Because, when we are in a peaceful state everything is possible.
“The absence of worries and fears” is the definition of a peaceful state. It’s all facilitated in natural harmony in your mind, in your body and in your spirit. It is a natural occurring phenomenon. You don't need to take any other vitamins or medication.
This is the tai chi principle.
Consequences of doing tai chi is that your blood pressure decreases, weight loss becomes faster and easier, and you become less reactive because of the peaceful state. In a peaceful state, you will witness a dramatic shift in your energy level that will invigorate your
automatic nerve systems. What that means is this...when you get upset emotionally, angry or frustrated, our brain tells our body to immediately create negative emotions to protect our body’s systems. Research has shown that a person in a consistent peaceful
state, has a reduced risk of stress and stress related bodily disorders. Any current conditions can disappear instantly and even all together. Now, your body begins to function normally at an optimum level. Your body begins to function the way it was designed.
