we live on memory, meaning with the same behavior, habits.
Let’s take look at how this happens;
60, 000 thoughts come in and out of our mind daily,
90% of them are the same thoughts that we thought about yesterday, last week, last months…
Where these thoughts come from, in the past experience…
We live in the same environments,
Repeated the same behavior; role out the same side of bed every morning, push the alarm button with the same hand and the same fingers drink the same coffee with the same proportion of milk & sugar, or no sugar at all,
Drive the same car, the same route to work, return home on the same route...
Rushing home rushing to finish the dinner, rushing to watch TV, or spend time before computer the screen.
Rush to go to sleep, Rush to get up in the morning and repeat…
