What was the impetus for starting this business? “He did Tae Kwon Do all the way growing up, he got scholarships in it. That was all the way in Korea. There is the Korean nationals, he won that a couple of times, and came in second a couple of times. So he decided to come over here. He came with like $40 in his pocket. It’s like the American Dream. And then he built this Tae Kwon Do academy. He did sparring and competition for about 15 years after, really successful, but then realized that people would act in real life not the same way they’d act in the academy. So he went back to school and got his doctorate in psychology and completely changed the mission of the academy to be a leadership academy, so that’s what we are now.”
